The monitor is in used condition. The screen has light scratches and scuffs that can be seen. The back of the monitor has scratching and scuffing that can be seen. The monitor stand has scratching and scuffing that can be seen and felt. 

Functionality:

The monitor is in good working order. It has been tested and all works well.
