All items purchased from PayMore are covered under a full 30 day defect warranty starting at the time listed on your receipt. If there is something wrong with your purchase we will professionally examine the device and promptly exchange the device with an identical device or store credit. We do not cover customer damage to devices such as water damage, physical damage, or tampering.

**** Return Guidelines & Policies ****

We allow our customers a 100% money back 7 day satisfaction guarantee to return a product. After 7 days, only store credit will be given as a refund for the full purchase price.

Video games are not eligible for cash or credit returns, only store credit. Video game exchanges are also limited to one per purchase, multiple exchanges are prohibited.

Please note: All serial numbers are logged internally for device identification purposes.
